- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- • 1/2 teaspoon salt
- • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- • 3/4 cups brown sugar, (packed firmly)
- • 3/4 cups softened butter
- • 1 egg, (room temperature)
- • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- • 1cup mini chocolate chips
- • 1 cup M&Ms
1.Preheat your oven to 375 F or 190°C. Line sheet pan with Silpat mat or parchment paper.
2.Using medium bowl add flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and whisk together and put to one side.
3.Using a stand mixer or large mixing bowl cream together butter, sugar(granulated), and brown sugar.
4.Add vanilla and egg and mix until completely combined.
5.Slowly add the flour mixture to the cream mixture.
6.Chop in chocolate chips and M&Ms
7.Scoop or roll about 3 tablespoons of dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
8.Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges looks golden brown.
9.Let it stay for 1 minute after baking on a cookie sheet then move to a cooling rack to finish.
