- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp milk(almond)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp minced chicken sausage
- 1 tbsp zucchini (cut into bits)
- 1 tbsp chopped pumpkin
- 1tbsp chopped finely carrot
Preheat oven to 400°F or 204°C.
Use (pam) spray or butter to grease ramekin.
Beat the egg separately in a small bowl, after which you add the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, baking powder, butter, and milk, mix to combine.
Mix in your add-ins if you are using any, zucchini, pumpkin, carrots, or chicken sausage.
Spoon the mixture into the ramekin and bake for 10- 15 minutes. Take them out when finished and let them cool for 5 minutes, then capsize the ramekin and take out the bread.
