Pour baking soda into your bed and watch what happens next when we realized the hidden dirt   that mattresses have

It has become a great luxury to find out that we have such cheap and practically applicable solution right at our fingertips

Whether we want to admit it or not, we have loads of nasty dirt and grimy buildup on our mattresses that have been accumulating over a certain period of time.

In order to get rid of this nasty dirt, we have to do more than just washing sheets.

As normal human beings, we sweat naturally and we shed dead skin. We may sometimes drain fluids from our mouths if we are not practicing excellent dental hygiene. Our hair has all sorts of dust and sometimes grease that causes more dust to build up and then we sleep on our beds most times without covering our hair. Who has time to do that all the time anyway?

The point is that dust and body fluids pass through the fibers of the sheets and build up in our mattresses overtime.

Therefore we have just the right solution to help you get that mattress clean and free of those dust mites, odors and other particles present.

First, use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the entire surface of the mattress.

Dust some baking soda all over the mattress. Then add 20 drops of lavender and 20 drops of lemon or orange essential oils to a cup of rubbing alcohol. PLace in a spray bottle and mist all over to let it seep through and mingle with the baking soda to both kill all germs and eliminate bad odors. Leave it to sit for at least 2 hours for maximum effectiveness.

Then vacuum up the baking soda and your mattress will be clean and smell wonderful as well.
