6 Medium size carrots
2 Tbsps Honey
1 Tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme (chopped)
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
½ Tsp Salt
- Wash and peel carrots. Cut each of them lengthwise in halves and then lengthwise in quarters.
- Place carrots in a large bowl and throw on the minced garlic, salt, thyme and two teaspoons of the olive oil. Toss all ingredients together distributing the seasonings all over the carrots. The oil will help to let the garlic and thyme stick to the outside of the carrots.
- Arrange on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 375°F degrees Fahrenheit
- Remove from the baking sheet and place them into a bowl, sprinkle honey and serve warm. The flavor is still awesome even after it is cooled.
