The frontal lobe is the part of the brain that controls important cognitive skills in humans, such as emotional expression, problem-solving, memory, language, judgment, and sexual behaviors. It is, in essence, the “control panel” of our personality and our ability to communicate. So when we rest often we make better decisions, have better control of the way we communicate, and we are much more aware of the things that are happening in our immediate surrounds. In essence fewer accidents in what we say and do. We will be much happier if we rest more.
