Non-diary Coconut Milk Recipe

Ingredients

8 ounces Springwater

3 cups chopped coconut

Instructions 

Place both ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for two minutes stopping after every 30 seconds.

Strain through a fine cloth and squeeze out all the milk you can. Can be chilled and served a non-diary milk. This can also be used to replace milk in the recipes that ask for milk.

Yield: 2 8oz glasses
